Ruffle Bums!!!

You can now order a Ruffle Bum to match the dress you buy. They are made of a knit so they are soft and stretchy. I make the pants part brown or black whichever goes with the dress and then use one of the fabrics used in the dress for the ruffles. So darn cute! $8 each
